Q: I’ve seen an item but I cannot seem to find it online?

A: If you see an item on social media but do not see it available on the website the item is no longer available. LADYTEE COLLECTION represents a woman of style and uniqueness. No one wants to wear what everyone has. So we often do not restock certain pieces. However, if it is a highly requested piece we will restock or replace with a similar style.

A: We ship worldwide! 

Q: What is LADYTEE COLLECTION Online Store Policy?

A: NO MONEY BACK. STORE CREDIT ONLY. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of the receiving date. For all orders being shipped through carriers, once order is shown as being DELIVERED LadyTee Collection is no longer responsible. We will not issue a refund or store credit for orders being shown in the carrier system as "Delivered".

If there is a known issue of a problematic delivery system within your neighborhood (carrier issues, thief etc) it is highly suggested that you choose the shipping method with Signature Confirmation. 

Q: What is the QuadPay Return Policy?

A: Returns, and Exchanges are handled by the Merchant LadyTee Collection LLC where you originally purchased your items. As soon as we process your return, QuadPay refunds and cancels any applicable future payments. You will receive an email of all transactions. However, if you have a question about the refund amount, simply reach out to us for details. 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order is processed and shipped an email will be sent to you containing your tracking information. If the tracking number has not been sent to you via email then the order has not been shipped. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to be updated with USPS.

Q: How do I know if my order has been placed?

A: Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. Your confirmation email may have filtered into your spam folder. If you need us to resend it please contact us at LADYTEECOLLECTION.COM and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Q: I’ve just placed my order. Can I change it?

A : Orders are prepared very shortly after your order is placed. This does not allow for changes to be made to your order.

Q: Can I use a gift card online?

A: Gift cards that do not have a major merchant logo such as Visa, MasterCard etc..ARE NOT accepted at www.ladyteecollection.com

A: LADYTEE COLLECTION Online Store Policy is NO MONEY BACK. STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving date. We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be processed within 24-48 business hours from order date. It will take up to 5-10 business days after processing time for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Standard international shipping will take 10-20 business days. Please note that LadyTee Collection is not responsible for any potential delay once your item(s) has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package destination and origin. Additional customs fee do apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. LADYTEE COLLECTION does not enforce custom fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which shipping and handling fees of $25.99 are non refundable.
