STORE POLICY
Q: What is LADYTEE COLLECTION Online Store Policy?
A: NO MONEY BACK. STORE CREDIT ONLY. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of the receiving date. For all orders being shipped through carriers, once order is shown as being DELIVERED LadyTee Collection is no longer responsible. We will not issue a refund or store credit for orders being shown in the carrier system as "Delivered".
If there is a known issue of a problematic delivery system within your neighborhood (carrier issues, thief etc) it is highly suggested and recommended that you choose the shipping method with Signature Confirmation.
RETURN POLICY
Regular priced items bought on ladyteecollection,com will be accepted for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of the receiving date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. Allow 3-5 days for returns to be processed. Once return is processed store credit, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non refundable will be issued through email. All returning shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer. For any return/store credit inquiries please contact us at cs@ladyteecollection.com. You will receive a response within 24-48 business hours. ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED WHEN RETURNED. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE. The items will be returned to you. To make an exchange or return please fill out the form enclosed in your parcel and send it back with your returned merchandise.
When using Store Credit, the code can be used for all items available on the website. The Store Credit codes can not be applied to USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL carrier fees.
